Returns Overview

We hope you love the products you purchase from us.

Due to shelf life limitations of natural products, we can only accept returns and order cancellations for incorrect choices or change of mind, for a store credit. We do not provide refunds for returns or cancellations due to a change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and must be unopened, unused and undamaged.

Return requests must be made within 30 days from receipt of your order. We are unable to accept any return requests made after this timeframe.

Customers are liable for return postage charges.

To return your product, please email us at returns@wholisticbodytreats.com.au with your order number and the items you wish to return, and we will issue you a Return Authority Number (RAN).

A Return Authority Number (RAN) must be received from Wholistic Body Treats before returning any products. No credits will be issued without a Return Authority Number. A RAN will help us process your refund faster.


Damages or Discrepancies

If for any reason your product is faulty, incorrect or arrives damaged, please email us at returns@wholisticbodytreats.com.au, accompanied with photographs and your order number.

We request that any claims regarding your order be notified to us within 5 days of receipt. It is important to note that we do not accept any claims made after 5 days from the receipt of goods.

After filing a claim, the return must be sent within 14 days.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, email us at returns@wholisticbodytreats.com.au before sending your product to get a return authorisation number (RAN). A RAN will help us process your refund faster.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund but have received free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Unclaimed or Returned Orders


If you fail to collect your order from the post office within the Post office’s stipulated time frame (usually 1 week), it will be returned to us.

Incorrect address

If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us.


If you would like your order re-shipped to you, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee equal to the amount of the original shipping cost on your order. Where free shipping was received, you will be liable to pay a re-shipping fee as calculated by us based on the weight, size, and classification of your order.

Restocking / Admin Fees

Any unclaimed or returned parcels that you would prefer to receive a store credit for instead of being re-shipped, will have a $5.00 return/admin fee applied.

If your order is returned to us and we have not heard back from you after 14 days of our attempted contact, your order will be cancelled and applied as a store credit, less the original cost of shipping, and a $10.00 restocking fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your store credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund but have received free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not provide refunds for unclaimed or returned orders.

Sale items

Sale items are final and cannot be applied as a store credit.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, email us at returns@wholisticbodytreats.com.au. Don’t send your item(s) before contacting us.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they can contact you about your return.
