Ordering Information

• All orders must be placed via our website or email to ensure accuracy.
• No telephone orders will be accepted to avoid miscommunication and disclosure of personal information including financial.
• We don’t have a minimum order requirement. However, considerable savings can be achieved by ordering larger volumes, and free shipping is available for orders over $200 Australia-wide.
• All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST.

• GST is applied to all orders within Australia on taxable items including freight. Wholistic Body Treats does not supply food-grade raw materials and consequently cannot waive GST.

• Due to the unpredictable price movement of goods, prices on the website are subject to change without notice. Orders confirmed and paid for will be honoured at the price for that order only.
• Once an order is confirmed and paid for, any changes will be treated as a new order.
• Once an order is confirmed and paid for, order cancellation requests due to a change of mind or an incorrectly placed order, will be treated as a Change of Mind Return – please refer to our ‘Returns‘ policy for all information.
• Products sold are not for human ingestion or consumption or to be used for any health-related claims. They are exclusively for external use only and not for any other intended purpose.

Payments

• All orders must be paid for before shipping.
• We accept VISA and Mastercard only.

Freight and Delivery

• The prices on our website include GST but do not include freight.
• Freight will be calculated and charged before your order is finalised. Freight calculation is based on weight, volume, and destination.
• We will ship goods using Wholistic Body Treats nominated service providers for Australian customers. We do not use any customer-provided courier services.
• All orders should be checked, and any damage, discrepancy or error must be lodged within 5 days of receipt of goods. Refer to our ‘Returns‘ Policy for more information.
• Returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided will incur a re-delivery charge to re-ship the order.

Shelf-Life Disclaimer

Cosmetic ingredients generally do not come with a long shelf life, and this is recognised as standard industry practice. Despite this, Wholistic Body Treats has a minimum shelf-life policy to ensure our customers will receive a reasonable shelf-life duration of the product at the time of dispatch.

Our products will carry the minimum shelf life as noted below at the time of despatch unless notes as short-dated on the product page:

• Essential and Other Oils – 12 months.
• Raw Materials & Cosmetic Ingredients – 9 months.
• Dry Powder Ingredients – 9 months.
• Active Ingredients – 9 months.
• Liquid Extract [Glycerine Based] – 9 months.
• Buffer Solutions – 6 months (Manufacturer’s Expiry Date).
• Preservatives – 3 months (Manufacturer’s Expiry Date).
• Free Samples – 3 months.
• Other – 9 months unless specified in the product description.

All raw materials used within its shelf life would not affect the product efficacy and the independent shelf life of the end-product established by the client, considering appropriate stability, PET and other compatibility testing were conducted by the client on the specified product.

The product must be kept in its recommended storage environment to achieve the listed shelf life. Wholistic Body Treats is not liable for the reduced shelf life if the product is stored incorrectly.
